3. Event Tickets

Tickets for Jimmy's HG1 events may be sold directly or through third-party platforms (such as Harrogate International Festivals). Where tickets are sold through a third party, that platform's own terms and conditions apply to the purchase.

• Age restrictions: Most Jimmy's HG1 events are for adults aged 18 or over. Age restrictions are specified per event. Valid photo ID may be required on entry.
• Refunds: Tickets are generally non-refundable except where an event is cancelled or significantly changed. Refund terms will be specified at point of purchase.
• Event changes: Jimmy's HG1 reserves the right to change event details including dates, venue, and line-up. Where a material change occurs, ticket holders will be notified.
• Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion, including for safety, behaviour, or capacity reasons.
• Prohibited items: Illegal substances, weapons, professional recording equipment, and any items deemed a risk to safety are prohibited at all events.

4. Early Bird Mailing List

Signing up to our early bird list does not guarantee access to tickets or any particular price. It entitles you to receive advance notification of ticket sales. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@jimmyshg1.com.

5. Merchandise

Where merchandise is sold through this website or a linked store, orders are subject to the terms of that store. Merchandise is produced to order. Sizing, colours, and designs may vary slightly from images shown. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay or issue with your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimmy's HG1 is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at an event.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites linked from this site.
• Any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Jimmy's HG1 name, logo, and associated branding are the property of Andrew Aikman. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Photography & Recording at Events

Photography and video for personal use is generally permitted at Jimmy's HG1 events. By attending an event you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of staff.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
